Cloud ceiling

This one was a blast to do. To begin, I applied a base coat of a light blue. And then, I worked in reverse -- using a darker paint to bring the clouds out. I was pleased to see how well this one turned out. Another attractive feature of this particular job is with the dimmer on the chandelier, the homeowners can view this skyscape at sunrise, sunset or in the mid-day heat. A very nice way to dress up an entryway.
